In 2003, after a twenty-year career in Sales and Marketing, I made the decision to embark on a career in Real Estate Appraising. I have had the good fortune to work with several talented and dedicated Certified Residential Appraisals to learn the science and art of Appraising. 

When you hire an Appraiser, you have the expectation of competency to complete your assignment.  I believe you should expect much more.  Twenty years of working with some of the most demanding customers in the world taught me the value of delivering outstanding customer service, not merely a satisfactory product.   It is my goal to consistently exceed my clients’ expectation.  When you place your faith in me, I promise communication before, during and after completion of the assignment and to treat your clients with the same respect, courtesy and professionalism they receive from you.  I know no other way.
